THE BONESHAKERS Led by world-renowned guitarist Randy Jacobs (Was (Not Was)), The Boneshakers deliver a high-octane blend of Detroit soul, Muscle Shoals R&B, funk, and blues that hits hard every night. Band members have toured and recorded with legends including Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Aretha Franklin, Keb’ Mo’, Seal, Elton John, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Iggy Pop, and more. Formed in the mid-’90s by Jacobs and the late, great Sweetpea Atkinson, The Boneshakers quickly built a reputation for groove-driven, powerhouse performances and acclaimed recordings on Virgin/Pointblank Records. Over the years, the band has released a string of celebrated albums, earned major blues and independent music awards, and collaborated with artists like Mindi Abair and Joe Bonamassa. The legacy continues. Today’s lineup features electrifying vocalist Jenny Langer—Virginia Blues Hall of Fame inductee and International Blues Challenge winner—bringing fresh fire to the band’s unmistakable sound. Their recent releases have topped UK Blues and US Soul Blues charts, earned Billboard Top 10 status, and drawn praise from Rolling Stone and Blues Matters.  A Boneshakers show is pure groove, soul, and swagger—don’t miss it.   Paul Rose Born in Newcastle, England in July 1966, is without doubt one of the most unique and talented guitarists in the world today. Fundamentally a rock guitarist, his extraordinary playing style touches on blues, country, jazz and folk, blended together into a style that is entirely his own. Never a gig goes by where audience members don’t comment that Paul is the best guitarist they’ve seen and heard. Rory Gallagher awarded Paul a Fender ’62 Reissue Strat, with a Vox AC30, in a Fender sponsored competition that invited guitarists from all over the UK to appear in local music shops. Entrants were required to play in front of a video camera using the guitar and amp in question, without any pedals, to be edited and shown to Rory at a later date. Out of 100
