This October, he brings that world to Naarm &amp; Eora.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">At the heart of his sound is a longstanding infatuation with breakbeat rhythms, shaped by an early immersion in hip-hop and later explorations of bass, breaks and jungle. References to jazz, leftfield techno and the UK underground are woven throughout his work, from the loose swing of J Dilla and Pete Rock to the atmospheric depth of Burial and the raw physicality of jungle.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Drawing inspiration from music, art, architecture and skate culture, Soul Wun approaches production with a deep respect for craft and an instinct for world-building. Driven by curiosity and shaped by the environments he grew up in, his music draws equally from careful research and lived experience.
