No A/C, no consistent food, no plan beyond surviving the next week. At fifteen he found his older brother dead from suicide.</p><p>He responded the only way he knew how: he channeled his grief and started recording. Over the next two years, he wrote and released more than 100 songs while moving furniture by day and recording until 4am.</p><p>His TikTok &ldquo;Broke Boyfriend&rdquo; series &mdash; a sketch comedy series he started on the platform &mdash; amassed over 160 million views and helped him build a large audience that fell in love with his personality and sense of humour.</p><p>In 2024, his father died by suicide.
