Membership terms · Effective 19 August 2026

Clear terms.
No surprise charges.

These terms apply when you buy a Legends Live One membership or promotional placement. Legends Live One is operated by Timothy Neighbour as a sole trader in England. Contact us at contact@ll1.live.

1. What we provide

Legends Live One provides live-music discovery, artist and venue tools, promotional services and the plan features shown on the pricing page at the time you order. Features marked as planned, beta, proposed or coming next are not part of a paid commitment unless your checkout expressly says otherwise.

2. Prices, tax and payment

Legends Live One is not currently VAT-registered, so UK VAT is not charged. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable for the plan or placement. If a transaction tax becomes legally applicable after the relevant registration is completed, it will be included within rather than added above the advertised Legends Live price. Stripe processes payments and may present an eligible local currency; the exact currency and total are shown before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or banking charges.

3. Free trial and automatic renewal

Paid memberships currently include the trial stated at checkout, normally 30 days. A payment method is collected when you join, but the first membership charge is not taken until the trial ends. Unless you cancel first, monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year at the price and date shown by Stripe. If no valid payment method is available when the trial ends, the trial subscription is cancelled rather than left running with an unpaid balance.

4. Cancelling a membership

You can cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal or by emailing us from the address used for your membership. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and access continues until then. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right that the law gives you.

5. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for an online contract. The 30-day trial gives you longer to cancel the membership before the first charge. If you ask us to begin a separately paid service immediately, the law may allow us to retain a proportionate amount for work already supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Promotional placements

A paid placement buys the clearly described promotional service, not a guaranteed number of clicks, sales, streams, bookings or attendees. Placements are subject to verification, suitability and available inventory. If we reject a placement or cannot provide it, we will refund the amount paid. Once agreed work has started or the placement has run, refunds are considered in line with the service delivered and your legal rights.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You must have permission to submit names, music, images, video, event details, links and promotional claims. You keep ownership of your content and give us a non-exclusive licence to host, format and display it only as needed to provide and promote the service. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or unsafe material.

8. Availability and third parties

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Live streams, ticket links, venues, artists, payment services and other third-party destinations remain controlled by their respective providers. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or legal compliance.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. For business customers, our total liability connected with a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases or renewals. If a material change affects an existing paid membership, we will give reasonable notice where required. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available where they live.
