Give your next gig
a better chance
to be seen.
Start with a useful listing. Give people a reason to listen. Make the next step obvious. Here’s how to bring your live dates and creative campaign together with LL1.LIVE and WIZ AI.
Plan your gig campaign ↓
LL1.LIVE helps people find gigs, artists and venues. WIZ AI provides the creative tools for the material you use to promote them. You choose the tools, check the results and publish to your chosen channels.
Start with the details people need.
Confirm the artist name, venue, town, date, door time, age restrictions, accessibility information and official ticket link. Distinguish doors from the first performance. If a detail is undecided, leave it unconfirmed instead of guessing.
Check the LL1.LIVE gig guide for an existing listing before submitting another. If you represent an artist or venue, claim your page so visitors can recognise the people behind the event. Claims and submissions may need review.
Build one clear creative brief.
Write down who the gig is for, what makes this show distinctive and the one action you want people to take. Keep the event facts in a single brief that you can paste into your chosen studio.
Use photographs, music and logos you have permission to use. Keep real event details readable and check any generated lettering before sharing.
Choose the material your audience will use.
A legible poster and a short performance clip can be a useful starting point. Explore WIZ AI artwork tools for posters and cover art, or explore WizVideo music video production for a visual treatment of your track.
If you need help planning the words and sequence, explore WizScript. Each WIZ studio shows its available workflow and costs. Creating an asset does not automatically add it to your LL1 page or publish a campaign.
Connect the campaign to the actual gig.
Choose one clear destination for each message: the event page for the full details, or the official ticket page for booking. Include the town and date in your caption as well as in the image, so people do not have to decode the poster.
Check your artist page and venue page for consistent names and links. Ask the act, venue and promoter to share the same confirmed details. The ONE Portal connects the two websites when you want to move between discovery and creation.
Remind people, then learn from the result.
Plan an announcement, a useful follow-up and a final reminder. Give each message a purpose: introduce the music, show the atmosphere or explain travel and door times. Update every channel if the event changes or sells out.
Review the information your channels actually provide: link clicks, enquiries and ticket sales. A view is not a booking. Keep the creative work and messages that helped people take the next step.
